Bex and Rachel have a line-up of amazing classes to warm up, stretch and rejuvenate your bodies - you know, the stuff we should be doing regularly, but probably aren’t!! You might even see the girls on the stage
No need to book into these classes, just come along with your mat (if you have one - no worries if not) and join in. These classes are open to all, not just participants of the trail events
